If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item India Numerology will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

India Numerology will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

  • Any queries/concerns related to deliveries should be addressed to the support team (help@IndiaNumerology.com) within 24 hrs.  of the product received by the customer.
  • Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery in case of wrong products & wrong sizes.
  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for refunds if returned (as cosmetic products are not re-usable due to hygiene factors), they will only be re-shipped after sending a query on help@IndiaNumerology.com
  • Payment refunds will be applicable only on prepaid orders in case incorrect products are delivered.
  • COD orders are not eligible for a refund.
  • India Numerology will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete sets/ incorrect style/wrong/damaged products) are received by the customer.
  • It is mandatory to send the photos of invoice & product to further the process in case a customer receives damaged products.

Exchanges:

Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size if wrong product is delivered.

Return Intimation:

You can Email Us at help@indianumerology.com within 15 days from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.

 

Guidelines for a valid return:

  • Product , if any, should be in original condition
  • Box should be retained and returned

CANCELLATION POLICY

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded in case of Online Payment.

You can cancel an order using the following steps:

Step 1. Login to your India Numerology Account

Step 2. Click on “My Orders”

Step 3. Select the order & Click on “Cancel Order”

Please note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests. Cancellation charges Rs.100 will be charged after the order is completed/shipped.

REFUND POLICY

  • Refund is provided for PREPAID orders only.
  • Your refund will be initiated within working days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.
  • Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).

MODE OF REFUND

For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
